What platforms/software do your templates & themes work on?
Our Blogger Templates ONLY work on Blogger/Blogspot blogs.
Our WordPress themes ONLY work on self-hosted WordPress.org sites NOT on WordPress.com sites.
Can I use Georgia Lou Studios themes on more than one site?
Yes, as long as they are personal or commercial sites run by a single person or entity.
FOR DESIGNERS: If you are buying the templates to design and setup sites for multiple clients, you must buy a new template for each client. In essence, you are purchasing a license for the client (end user) to use our product.
Do you provide dummy content as per your site demo?
We do not include dummy or demo content with our Blogger templates. If you would like a pack of dummy posts, we can send you a file for either Blogger.
Our WordPress themes include demo content.
Dummy content does not necessarily include the actual images from our demo sites. Images include in the dummy content are Creative Commons Zero images. To request demo files, please contact us.
Does your download include the fonts used in the template design?
We make every effort to utilize free Google Web fonts in our designs. Any fonts used in the designs will be set as the default option for our templates and themes. You may further customize your design from this starting pointing by using the Google font options available in the customizer section.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards through Paypal or the Stripe secure payment portal. Currency is in US Dollars ($).
What is your Refund Policy?
Since Georgia Lou Studios sells non-tangible digital products, it is not possible to “return” or “exchange” the product therefore we do not issue refunds or allow exchanges* after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. We
We strongly recommend that you thoroughly review each theme demo and ask any questions prior to purchase. And we are happy to offer support for any questions or issues you may have.
*The ONLY time we will issue a refund is if you purchase the wrong version of our template/theme. In such cases, we will issue a refund on the incorrect version AFTER you have purchased the correct version. You must contact us via the Help Desk to get approval for this process.
I found a Georgia Lou Studios coupon from *insert site name* but it doesn’t work?
The coupon code is likely expired or not valid. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about all our current deals.
How do you provide support?
We provide theme support for verified customers via Support Ticket only. We DO NOT provide support via contact form, email, Facebook, or Twitter nor do we offer phone support. If you purchased your template via our Etsy or Creative Market shop you may contact for support via the website’s built in messaging system but we prefer our dedicated Support Ticket system.
What are your support hours?
Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm US Mountain Standard Timezone (GMT-7 hours timezone)
We understand your blog or website is your baby and important to you. We make every effort to reply to all help requests as quickly as possible. But we DO NOT work on the weekends, especially doing installations or other purchased services. Our hard working team deserves their personal time so they may work their hardest during business hours.
Please be aware of possible time differences. During business hours, we generally reply to any support queries in order received within 12 hours. Outside of business hours and on the weekends we strive to reply within 12 – 36 hours.
What does your support cover?
Support includes issues related to template and theme functionality and design as describe in the product listing and on the Features pages. Here are some examples of what Support does and does not cover:
DO: We provide support for theme installation & setup, issues arising from using any of the packaged theme features and theme bug fixes; which cover everything required to ensure that all theme features are working as advertised and as shown in demo site. We are happy to offer help with VERY SMALL customization request for free (1-3 lines of CSS maximum). We will let you know if your requests exceed our general policy. We do offer paid Customizations for a reasonable hourly fee.
DO NOT: Do not install the template for you unless you purchase our installation package via our Shop or the Etsy shop. We are not able to provide general Blogger or WordPress support, issues arising from widgets and plugins, and customization queries (change font type, add or remove elements, etc). You may hire us to do customization or use services like Elto.
Is it possible to upload my own logo/header banner to replace the original logo?
Yes. Both our Blogger Templates and WordPress Themes are compatible with custom logos & headers. Some of our themes include a custom logo that can be customized using a program like Photoshop or GIMP. See individual product descriptions and Help Files for details.
Am I able to display the entire blog entry or am I limited to displaying just the excerpt and readers will have to click the “Read More” link to read the rest of the post?
In both our Blogger Templates and WordPress themes you can choose to display the full article or the excerpt with “Read More” link on the main blog page. For Blogger templates, add a Jump Link to each post to add the “Read More” Link.
Can I remove the Georgia Lou Studios credit from the footer?
We prefer you do not remove the credit link from the bottom of the template/theme.
It is strictly prohibited to replace the link with another link or any text claiming design credit.
