Have a question about our themes before you purchase? Chances are we’ll have the answer right here for you. If you can’t find answer to your question, don’t hesitate to ask us questions and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Our WordPress themes work only on WordPress, either a self-hosted WordPress.org site or a WordPress.com site with the Business Plan or eCommerce Plan ONLY. They do no work on Blogger.com, Squarespace, Wix, etc.
FOR DESIGNERS: If you are buying the templates to design and setup sites for multiple clients, you must buy a new template for each client. In essence, you are purchasing a license for the client (end user) to use our product. See our For Designers page for more details.
Some of our Blogger themes do include a file you can use to import fake posts.
If your theme doesn’t include a “Demo Content” file, contact our Help Desk and we can send you an import file to use.
Any fonts used in the designs will be set as the default option for our templates and themes. You may further customize your design from this starting pointing by using the Google font options available in the Customizer section.
Some of our custom logos use a paid font. Link to the paid font will be included with the theme. Most fonts are less than $20.
Sales & Purchase
For more details, see our Refund Policy.
Our themes and templates come with lots of video tutorials (and written) to help get you up and running. Our WordPress themes include an awesome Install and Setup Wizard to help you get started quickly.
We also believe setting up your own theme is a great way to learn about your blogging CMS and take charge of your own blog. You should never have to pay someone else to change a menu link or a widget.
If you get stuck during setup, we’re happy to answer questions at the Help Desk.
You can easily upload your own logo on ALL of our themes. Directions are included.
Some of our themes give you the choice of showing your full post or using a “Jump Link” to insert a manual Read More button.
Other themes, due to design choices, only use an automatic excerpt and you cannot display the whole post.
Please see the individual theme listing to see what kind of excerpts they use. Themes that ALWAYS show excerpts have “Auto Excerpts” listed as a feature. Themes that allow manual excerpts or full post display have “Manual Read More” as a feature.
Our WordPress themes have the option to display the full post, use the Read More link or use the Automatic excerpts on the Standard Layout only. For the grid, list, mixed or masonry layouts, the Automatic excerpt always applies.
It is strictly prohibited to replace our credit link with links or text claiming design credit for our work.
If you wish to add a design credit, for example for a web designer who has helped customize one of our themes, a design credit may be placed ALONGSIDE the our theme credit. But again, do not completely replace our theme credit with a design credit claiming full design credit by another party.
An acceptable example would be “Theme development by Georgia Lou Studios. Website design by ABC Designs.”
