Blog Posts: If you have a question about a tutorial from our blog, leave a Comment on the blog so everyone may benefit from our answer.
Plugins & 3rd Party Add Ons: If you have a problem with a plugin or 3rd Party code, contact the developer of the plugin/code first. They will know their code best.
Customizations: If your request is about making changes to a theme beyond built-in options, this is Custom Work. Find out who we recommend for Custom Work.
Updates: If you need an updated theme, please read our Updates page.
Refund/Exchange Requests: Please read our Refund Policy. It is strictly enforced.
Retired Themes: If your theme is not listed in the drop down list, it is a retired theme and support and updates ended March 1, 2019. DO NOT submit a help request. You should update your site to an active theme compatible with WordPress 5.0+.
